Pinch of Spice: Best in Agra

We were driving through Agra and we decided to take a pit stop at Tajgunj for dinner. Purely relying the Zomato rating, we entered Pinch of Spice, which is located opposite ITC Mughal. I was surprised to see a nicely decorated dining area with a well stocked up bar (marked for the next visit).

SaucesWe straight away ordered a Chicken Manchow Soup, Egg Chili Garlic Noodles, Chicken Dumpling and a portion of Chicken Schezwan.

Manchow SoupThe soup was clean and had all the right flavours. The dumplings were served in a large bamboo basket and there were a dozen dumplings staring at us. The accompanying sauce was a mixture of tomato ketchup and something and I avoided it. Unfortunately there was no chili oil or chili garlic sauce to spice up the dumplings.

Chilly Garlic NoodlesThe noodles were a tad overcooked. Nevertheless, they were tasty with a fair amount of greens and veggies.

Chicken SchezwanThe Chicken Schezwan, though a little spicy as it should be, was good. The portions were just enough for two people.

Pan shotsWe were also given Pan Shots on the house. The green color liquid was super cool. This tasted of ice cream spiked with pan flavour. Very different!

With good service, ambiance and clean wash rooms, this restaurant is a must visit, if you are in Agra.
