Chicago Pizza is a small little eating joint tucked away on the ground floor of Defence Colony. The colourfully decorated place can seat exactly seven people.
The menu offers primarily three things – Pizza, pasta and soft drinks. I ordered a slice of Pepperoni and Jalapeno Pizza and a Mutton Sausage, Capsicum and Onion Penne in Arrabiata Sauce. I had to wait only for about 10 minutes and my order was on table (actually self service).
I found the portion of Pizza quite filling, though I was not in favour of the cheese on the topping. But there was enough pepperoni slices and jalapeno rings to satiate your taste.
The pasta, served in a paper bowl with plastic lid was piping hot and good on the palate. Since I was starving (almost), I wolfed down the whole thing, but yes tasting the the sausage and capsicum of course.
With moderate pricing and good service, this is a no-nonsense place, if you want a mini meal in 15 minutes!
